This website is operated by Pranshu Sharma ("PranShoe") and offers original creative works including books, digital content, and episodic narrative projects for sale and access. You agree to use this website for lawful purposes only and not to reproduce, redistribute, or commercially exploit any content without prior written permission.

2. Privacy Policy

PranShoe collects only the information necessary to process your order and communicate with you — including your name, email address, and payment details. Payment information is processed securely through Stripe and is never stored on this website. Your personal data is not sold, rented, or shared with third parties except as required to fulfil your order or comply with applicable law. You may request deletion of your data at any time by writing to pranshoe@gmail.com. This policy is governed by the Information Technology Act, 2000 and applicable Indian data protection regulations.

3. Cancellation & Refund Policy

All purchases on pranshoe.com are for digital creative works and are generally non-refundable once access has been granted or a download has been initiated. If you believe you have been charged in error, or if a technical issue prevented access to your purchase, you may write to pranshoe@gmail.com within 7 days of the transaction and a resolution will be offered at our discretion. Subscriptions, if applicable, may be cancelled at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle and no partial refunds are issued for unused periods. This policy is in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 (India).
